Venezuelan National Suspected in New York Double Murder Escalates Crime Spree

Published

on

A double murder that took place early Friday morning in New York City has a suspected connection to a Venezuelan national with an existing felony warrant, who has been in the United States under a year, according to a law enforcement source. The suspect, 21-year-old Josue Ruben Silva, has already had six encounters with the New York Police Department, facing charges that span from moped thefts to larceny.

A law enforcement source shared with the press,
“Who says they can’t graduate from stealing sunglasses to a double murder?”

The crime scene was located outside an apartment building in the Bronx, where two individuals were left dead following an escalating altercation. Reports indicate that a remark made by a passerby about a woman, aged 44, led to her boyfriend, aged 36, confronting the individual involved. The situation cooled off temporarily when the passerby left the scene, only to return later with a group of friends armed with baseball bats.

In the ensuing confrontation, shots were fired by one of the group members, striking the woman and her boyfriend. Both of them were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, but unfortunately, were pronounced dead on arrival. Also caught in the crossfire was a 21-year-old female, who suffered gunshot wounds but is in stable condition.

Silva is currently being sought for his supposed involvement in this deadly incident.

Earlier in February, Silva was apprehended and charged with petty larceny. He found himself in custody again later that month, this time for grand larceny and criminal possession of a loaded firearm. He was placed under supervised release after these charges; however, a bench warrant was later issued when he failed to show up in court.

By April, Silva was back in handcuffs, facing charges of robbery. In early May, he was charged with the possession of stolen property.

A law enforcement source expressed their concern stating,
“We have no idea who they are, what they’ve done in their own countries, what the plan is for them now that they’re here.”

The source continued, “Who says they can’t graduate from stealing sunglasses to a double murder?” and added, “But maybe we’re gonna explain all that away too because somebody’s ‘a migrant.’”

They concluded, “Empathy can’t excuse away a double murder. We have to get our hands around this problem or it’s going to get its hands around us.”

These crimes are happening predominantly in cities controlled by left wing liberal progressive democrats. Their polices continually fail yet the sheeple keep voting for them. If these people want sympathy they should look in the dictionary between shit and syphilis. They can live or die by their choices.

Teen’s Shocking Confession: Family Tragedy Unfolds in New Mexico

Published

on

A tragic event unfolded in New Mexico as a young teenager, reportedly under the influence, confessed to a horrific crime. In the early hours of Saturday, the Valencia County Sheriff’s Office received a chilling 911 call from 16-year-old Diego Leyva. According to reports, Leyva admitted to the dispatcher that he had killed his entire family.

The New Mexico State Police Department provided further details, stating, “When deputies arrived, Diego walked out of the residence with his hands in the air and was extremely intoxicated.” The authorities took Leyva into custody without any resistance.

Inside the home, deputies discovered the bodies of Leonardo Leyva, 42, Adriana Bencomo, 35, Adrian Leyva, 16, and Alexander Leyva, 14. All had succumbed to gunshot wounds. Following his arrest, Leyva was transported to a nearby hospital for detoxification before being booked into a juvenile justice center in Albuquerque.

Leyva now faces four counts of first-degree murder. The New Mexico State Police Investigations Bureau, along with their Crime Scene Team, has commenced an investigation to determine the motive behind this devastating act.

Adriana Bencomo, one of the victims, was known for her dedication as a volunteer firefighter with the Rio Communities Fire Department. Her contributions over the years have left a lasting impact on the community.

In response to the incident, the Valencia County Fire Department issued a statement on behalf of the Rio Communities Fire Department: “The Valencia County community experienced a tragic incident yesterday morning. New Mexico State Police has arrested and charged a suspect with the homicide of his family.”

“Our brothers and sisters at Rio Communities Fire Department are shocked and saddened by this loss as expected,” the statement continued. “We thank the community for its ongoing support, and more information will be put out when it becomes available.”

The community is grappling with disbelief and sorrow. Vanessa LaGrange, a former teacher of the suspect, expressed her shock, saying, “I would never have thought that something like this would happen and that Diego would be capable of doing something like this.”

In a show of solidarity and mourning, students are reportedly planning to wear black at school to honor the victims.

Miami Homeowner Defends Property From Fleeing Crash Suspect

Published

A Miami homeowner found himself in a tense situation when a stranger trespassed into his backyard. The incident unfolded after Whitney Liberal, 34, was reportedly involved in a car accident on Interstate 75 near Northwest 186th Street. According to police, Liberal and two others fled the scene of the crash, with Liberal eventually jumping a fence and entering a residential property in the 18000 block of Northwest 91st Court.

The homeowner, alerted by his dog’s barking, noticed that a ladder had been moved to lean against a wall in his backyard, which borders the interstate. Concerned for his safety, the homeowner armed himself and confronted Liberal around 6 a.m.

Police reported that the homeowner fired two shots when Liberal allegedly refused to show his hands, striking him in the leg.

“My neighbor was on the balcony with a gun and a lantern,” shared neighbor Alfonso Nieto, describing the dramatic scene.

The homeowner, who chose to remain anonymous, expressed his surprise at the situation.

“It’s the first time in 30 years, and thankfully it wasn’t robbing — it was him escaping from something he did before.”

Liberal later informed investigators that he was trying to call his girlfriend to pick him up after fleeing the crash scene. He also mentioned sustaining a foot injury during the accident.

During their search, police discovered marijuana and pills resembling ecstasy in Liberal’s possession.

As of Monday afternoon, Liberal was receiving medical treatment for his injuries and was in the process of being booked into jail. He faces multiple charges, including possession of a controlled substance, trespassing, and possession of cannabis.

The incident has left the community in shock, as noted by neighbor Ofelia Martinez.

“It was shocking because nothing like that ever happens in this community.”

Do you believe homeowners should have the right to use a firearm if they feel threatened by a trespasser on their property?

Children’s Harrowing Escape: Gunfire Erupts in Home Under Siege

Published

on

On a seemingly ordinary Tuesday morning in DeKalb County, Georgia, a harrowing incident unfolded as four children found themselves alone and under siege in their own home. The attack, which occurred on Overlook Avenue, involved gunmen opening fire on the residence, forcing the children to scramble for safety.

The children’s mother, who had just left the house with her 14-year-old son, believes the assault was a retaliatory act. She explained that her son had recently been involved in a school altercation, where he was attacked.

“We left at 9:45. My daughter was calling me at 9:52 screaming in the phone,” she recounted, detailing the brief window of time between her departure and the terrifying call she received.

The 11-year-old daughter bravely recounted the ordeal, describing how bullets shattered windows and pierced walls as the children ran for their lives.

“One came close to my sister, but she ducked,” she said, adding that “gunshots” were “going all through all over the house.”

Thankfully, none of the children were physically harmed during the attack. However, the emotional impact of such an event is undeniable. The house bore the scars of the assault, with bullet holes prominently visible, particularly on the upper level.

When questioned about the intentions of the gunmen, the mother expressed her belief that the attack was meant to be lethal.

“Of course, they shot 25 times in the house,” she stated, underscoring the severity of the situation.

Law enforcement was quick to respond to the scene, and evidence markers lined the street as part of the investigation. The mother shared that the police have a promising lead on the identity of the shooters, aided by surveillance technology.

“They got Ring cameras so they gonna get to the bottom of it,” she mentioned, hopeful that justice would be served.

A neighbor, who captured the incident on a doorbell camera, chose not to release the footage publicly, adding another layer of privacy to an already sensitive situation.

This unsettling event serves as a stark reminder of the potential dangers lurking in everyday life and the importance of community vigilance and preparedness.
